It's literally not even exponential. It's at a whole next level. Right. Of how it's permeating. So talk to me a little bit. In this rapidly changing world where curiosity and adaptability are the core skills, curiosity is becoming a key element. It's going to what's going to win the day.
So I think the starting point and what I recognize pretty quickly is the people team has a role to play in AI and it starts with training. You will not find all the AI experts you're looking for in any company. We need to be curious. We need to be open minded. We also need to create the tools out there for people to grab onto.
