For me, my personal energy has to do with my life force. And for a long time I had a very deep imprint on life force being limited, being something to protect, being something that can be taken away from you. So there was quite a lot of fear around life force. And I absolutely know where that comes from. But knowing it is not that easy. So I think for me, the whole energy mastery shifted when I started understanding. And it was around the same time, eight years ago that the body had anything to do with it. The field of energy mastery goes from the self regulation capacity. So a lot of the polyvagal theory, understanding how does my nervous system work, how do I self regulate when I am overwhelmed, what is my survival mechanism when I'm overwhelmed? So that's a whole field of work to the whole area of CO regulation, which of course is very relevant in teamwork. Strong coherence in a team allows them to handle much more disruption. So if the team is fragmented, anything that is disruptive will fragment them even more or play them apart, where strong coherence can really hold a lot of disruption. And I've seen that as extremely powerful.
