Chapters
You know, curiosity in particular, is also one of the most powerful ways when we face hardship, to find our way through it. Because our brain always goes to why me? Or why did this happen? And instead, if we can, curious. If we get curious about, hey, okay, this might not have gone well, but what else is going well in my life that I can stand the foundation of? And second, what can I learn from this? There is always a learning. It's our choice do we want to learn or not? And when we go in, who can I ask? Get different perspectives instead. We feel like an expert most of the time. I need to know the answer. I need to bring this into control. And curiosity can be a powerful doorway for growth.
