Music can shift us in seconds. So I tell this story in the book about how my daughter, one day before soccer, was in a glum mood and it was really bumming me out. And I just serendipitously put my, you know, iPhone connected to the radio in the car and one of my favorite songs came on the radio. Journeys, Don't Stop Believing. And if you've ever heard Journeys Don't Stop Believing, I've met a few people who don't experience happiness, but it's very few. It's a great feel good song. And so within a few seconds, I find myself, like, getting into it and I'm bopping and I'm humming and singing, and then I look in the rear view mirror and I find my previously gloomy, gloomy child doing this. She's nodding her head and beginning to hum along, and all of a sudden we're both doing it. And, you know, we get to the soccer field and she's full of energy. Music can shift us in seconds. I mean, it's. I encourage you all after listening to this podcast to just give this a shot.
