When you have a plan, you can focus on the plan rather than just focusing on the person or allowing the motion to take over. And I saw like, stop coaching goals. Like, just stop. Actually, the goal's an outcome coach the plan relative, the perspective relative to the purpose, aligned to the vision. It's not rocket science. Those aren't words that the world hasn't seen. And then what happens on the outside. And this is where I know you and I, where our world's collided. We share in this passion. If that were a formula, shared vision, aligned mission, situational conversations of impact, what does it equal? A coaching climate where people can flourish and they can grow. And I want everybody to understand this because I'm really adamant about this. People will be like, oh, you come from a relational coaching tree, so you're soft. And I'm like, no, first of all, you're wrong, number one. That sounds a little harsh, but they're wrong. Relational coaching allows you. It's like an aperture, allows you to open up the lens so that I can coach you as transactionally as you need to. Because I'm doing that in a structured way without the relationship. Good luck. And in the current generations, you'll lose them because they'll leave you.
