Most well being programs are run by employee benefits, learning and development hr. These are things we do that we ask individuals to show up at. If we have to truly harness the power of well being at work, we truly have to make it the responsibility of the nine leaders and people leaders. And we have to make it from events, from trainings, from workshops. We have to change that from trainings to real transformation. Real transformation where we are changing the way work is being done, the way individuals are interacting with that work. I'll give you an example. Job Crafting A powerful tool developed at Michigan Ross by Amy Rzniewski and Jane Dutton. Job crafting allows every people leader to integrate meaning into the work that team is doing. Every team member. We can use job crafting to connect the bigger why meaning and truly win their hearts and minds versus just arms and legs. But that's real work that we've got to do with the tool implementing it. Rather than just train people on job crafting or have an expert for an hour talk about it.
