Now you can't have 10 priorities, right? But they would ask people, you know, what are the non-negotiables for you? And so if you said, I really need to eat dinner with my family between 5 and 7 PM, then, you know, we, our participants talk to us about leaders who would say, oh, of course you can have dinner with your family, but then they're on a call and the call's going long and the leader's just not even thinking about, oh, I should end the call or give this person permission to drop off the call because I know they have this boundary. So they say it's okay, but then they actually continue to encroach. And these leaders did not do that. They recognized and understood, okay, these are non-negotiable things. My employee picked a few things that, you know, they really want me to help them protect, and I'm actually going to put it into practice what I told them I would respect.
