A speaker recounts major career relaunches: leaving a 25-year consulting career (including 17 years at McKinsey and prior roles at five other consulting firms) to start their own business at age 48, and an earlier relaunch around 2000. The excerpt is motivational/personal-reflection in tone and frames entrepreneurship and life transitions as ‘massive relaunches.’
