For me, one of the biggest lessons that I've taken from this, it's just how fragile life can be. When William died, he was here one second, gone the next. It's that fast. It can happen in the blink of an eye. And it gives you a real appreciation that this is it, this is the one life we have to live. And so we need to be more intentional with how we're going to live it. I think a big part of that, and I see too few people doing this in our society, it's just pausing, slowing down, taking stock of what's going on, checking in with yourself, are you happy? I think that's a question that too many people don't ask themselves until it's too late. So me, this notion of pausing, I had to pause. I had no choice but to pause. And it was extremely uncomfortable at first because I've been so used to the fast paced life. But in that pause, by asking these important questions, by looking at who you are and what you're about and what you aspire to be and what your purpose is, that is the recipe to find meaning.
