We managed to get a really nice conversation going where we brought the pro aspects of flourishing. And what are they? They're about kindness and support and caring, these aspects of happiness. That's really what people want to do. We got them on board to agree that all really people want to do is come to work to contribute to something bigger than themselves. So we found that in the data and we ended up honing down on a very interesting and honest conversation, which you're quite right, organizations know, but they don't really have a number for it. And when the number staring them in the face, the conversation changes.
