Human resources is a pretty cold way of looking at humans as assets. And I think we don't want to think that way. We want to think of people as individuals who. We want to belong, and we want to excel and we want to develop. And I think that's embodied in the idea of having a team that's about people that stewards the culture, and it's about, you know, letting people get better every day. I'm the chief people officer, and we call ourselves the people team. You know, I think the most powerful two things that we could. That I could give for advice is one is, you know, culture is one of the most important indicators of success. And defining it, investing in it and living it are critical. Want to be at a company where culture comes first, and if you're in one where you think that needs to be improved, make the case to your leaders. I think it's important. If there was a second thing is build the foundation for getting better every day, since that's been the theme and it's our new brand.
