Well my friend, I have a question for you. What are practices that have become part and parcel of your life that make sure that you keep your cup filled?
Oh my goodness. Great question. Well, there are a number of things. One is that I need to spend time in nature every day. So if that's five minutes, if that's an hour, I just need to experience the natural world. The second thing I do is journal. I think journaling is really important for getting the, you know, all the emotions and the stuff from the back of the brain into the that good old prefrontal cortex so we can actually work with it. So those are just a few things and then I guess the last thing would be Sleep is a non negotiable for me and I think it should be for every entrepreneur though it rarely is. But it's proven to be the number one thing that I think anyone can do to boost their resilience.
