I feel that with AI, if not wielded the right way, I think this technology, because it's more than a tool, it is an intelligence, can actually do so much harm. Because every business today, I feel, has one of three choices. I can use it to give people a day back. I had the CEO of Four Day Work Week on our podcast not that long ago. We can give everybody a day back because we are so productive. We can use it to let one third of our workforce go because we don't need them anymore. Seems to be the path so many companies are going down. That seems to be the latest badge of, you know, you're doing good. How many people did you lay off based on AI? Or you can have a middle path, which is if you go back to why the company started in the first place, we can actually use this to amplify that purpose. We can reach way more people with the same number of people I have because I've made them so much more productive. Right. We can't wait for that long, we can't wait for 20 years before actions are taken to make sure that we actually use this intelligence the right way to amplify human flourishing.
