I wanna just open, Brody, with in your extensive period, right, studying this and helping teams get better at it, what are the most common mistakes that you find people make when it comes to feedback?
It is, it is the big F word for a lot of people, feedback, whether you're on the giving end or the receiving end. And I think those are two important lenses. And I think throughout our conversation, I'll, I'll go back and forth between being the feedback provider and being on the receiving end.
