Part of our model is don't forget inquiry. When you're giving somebody feedback, which is it's easy to just think, bleh. You did all this stuff, I've got all these opinions, I got all these feelings about it. But you might want to ask what's going on for you, because we would say the objective of giving somebody constructive feedback is to move into problem solving. Not to change them, not to make them wrong or bad, not to make them feel bad, but to move into problem solving.
