There's so many of us who feel we're not good enough, we're just faking it, we'll be found out or feel that if I feel, and I say there's this almost feeling that I'm more than. It's somehow not a good thing to do. So people always play smaller than they really are. And I think one of the biggest gifts I feel we can give those we lead and our peers is we show them their greatness. We show them that they are worthy, and we give them that encouragement around really being able to take it.
