We talk about bcr and I got this from, from my friends over at Enryhythm. We call it the thrive triangle, where you have your role, your genius and your well being. And you have to be doing well on all those well being, being. Physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. Role is your role that you have. You're. You're an engineer, you're an accountant, you're whatever, you're genius. That's that quality that you have that is special that other people may not have. And you have to genius to grow and to influence the role that you move into the roles that you occupy. A lot of times we just want to put somebody in a role and ignore their genius. And you're not going to have people thriving if you do that.
