The 3 attributes that stand out when it comes to an operational leader, and this is from the lens of being an operational P&L owner, you know, elite. Number 1 is, can they execute? Can they execute the strategy? Can they actually execute the mandate? What are their executional capabilities? Can they build? Can they build competent, you know, committed teams? And I think that piece is massive because you can execute, you have great leaders who are very good at getting stuff done. But they do this stuff, they own the stuff. They're not able to build a team underneath them that are committed towards the mission. And so guess what happens? You have very short-term gains, but medium to long term, you don't have sustainability.
