Most people are playing this if then else game. If I get this, then I will be happy. And we are continuously in it. And I think we've got to end this game because just reflect on your past. How often have you gotten to a place that you put a condition if I got this, then I'll be happy. You got there and then you weren't happy. Or maybe you were happy for a moment and you started chasing the next thing. Life is meant to be lived and experienced in its whole, rather than those little milestones, brief moments where we achieve what we want. If you want to truly be happy, make happiness the means. Choose it just the way it is to achieve the end. Happiness is not something to be pursued out there. It is a choice that you can make in the here and now.
