More and more from all of our research, people want their lives to be meaningful. They look for meaning at work, but often not find it. So as leaders, one of the biggest roles we can play is actually help connect people, people's purpose to kind of what we are doing and collectively with that shape it, because the impact is huge. It's more resilience, it's better outcomes, it's more productivity, it's more engagement. I mean, Nietzsche said it best. Those who have a why can survive anyhow. And it is so true. If we can make purpose come alive in the lives of what we are in the business for as businesses beyond profits and connected to individuals, we can have such amazing impact in the world.
