We had coping mechanisms. We believed that they were working because they were what we'd always done, right? They were the acceptable norms. And then along comes the pandemic, and that is stripped from all of us. I think well being is at risk. And the reason that I say this is because you are seeing a pullback in these investments. The reason you're seeing a pullback in these investments is because a lot of the things that were done during the pandemic, while they were well intended, are no longer or just aren't having the impact that leaders believe that they would have. It's not a time to walk away from well being. This is a signal that well being is more important than ever.
