I would say it's guilt. Honestly. The number one thing it comes back to is guilt. So women that are, you know, in these professional high performing careers and mothers, you feel guilty when you're crushing it at your job and not spending as much time with your family. And with, with your family, you feel guilty that you're not spending much time at work and add in side gigs or side hustles or any creative projects to that too. And it's, it's this balancing scale that just is never going to totally balanced. And I think a lot of people feel guilty around that every day. And I think it's something that society really puts pressure on us.
