I've been teaching a lot in the last few months around a phrase that I think came from California in the '60s, which said, you have to be a somebody before you can be a nobody. Now, what I understand by that is that we have to become an integrated somebody. We have to do the trauma work. We have to do our awakening so that we become more and more coherent. And then there's a natural dissolve That happens, and we become inherently residing in a much, much bigger field. That's how I understand that actually simple but profound statement. But it's not that we dismiss the somebody. The somebody needs to be integrated.
