A short motivational monologue arguing that leaders must cultivate their "inner technology"—primarily through meditation—to remain relevant in the age of AI. The speaker contrasts external (AI) technological skills with inner development (clarity, slow thinking, perspective, right questioning, heart-led intention) and recommends meditation and self-connection as essential leadership practices.

AI has that potential literally to kill us all. It's that simple. But let's not go there. My advice to any leader, any level, any employee, if you want to be relevant in the age of AI, you need to recognize the nature of your mind, which is clear, vast and kind. And that comes through meditation. If we want to be relevant, we have to meditate. It's the only way we can learn to think slow, not fast. It's the only way we can learn to be really seeing things in perspective, not in perception. It's the only way we can learn to ask the right questions and not just give dumb answers. It's the only way that we can learn to always lead with heart and always act according to our intention. Meditation and just generally, any tool that will help you to connect with your greater self going to be so important. So while there's the outer technology of AI, and you need to understand that, there's also the inner technology of becoming human. And that's what we need to focus on in leadership development, and any leader needs to do that.
