When I work with leaders, I always start by saying, you know, in, in the field that we work in, what is your greatest resource? And I say this to my MBA students at Oxford too, and everyone eventually realizes, oh, it's my mind. That's the resource I'm drawing on. And then I say, okay, if that's your greatest resource, what is it worth? And with my MBA students, I have them there to come up with a number, work out how do they value their own mind. And we say, okay, if you took that amount of money, they usually have worked out it's the most valuable asset that they have.
