What's up, guys? Autumn here. I get so many questions from you guys, and I love them all and do my best to try to answer them on social media, but I figured I would throw a few of the answers up here as well. Today, I'm gonna answer a few from my Instagram. I got kids playing in the background, just so you know. So I'm do this quick first question.
Are you drinking the shakeology with the 21 day fix? Yes, I do drink shakeology with the 21 day fix. My favorite is the vegan chocolate. You guys have probably all heard me say it. A million vegan chocolate, tablespoon of peanut butter, banana ice delicious. That's my favorite. Okay, I posted a photo of my breakfast and my son's breakfast, and mine was two eggs and two pieces of Ezekiel toast, and his was French toast. And it was the exact same breakfast other than the syrup, because I made two eggs and dipped his bread in it. So it's the same thing. You see that? Somebody wants to know what the bread counts as. How many yellows. Just because it's Ezekiel, it still counts as a yellow. One slice of bread equals one yellow. So having two slices equals two yellows. Butter, question mark. Is butter okay on the fix? If it's organic, yes. Butter is okay on the fix. If it's all natural organic, it counts as one of your teaspoons. I'm starving by 3pm and I'm only on day three. I'm gonna cheat if it stays like this. Help. Okay, if you're starving by day three one, you have to take a look at your calculations that you did, make sure you did them correctly. Make sure you're eating all of your food, spacing it out three hours at a time. But you need to take into consideration how active you are. If you have a job that keeps you very active, if you're running around after kids and that keeps you super active, if you're up at four in the morning and not going to bed till midnight, that makes you super active. So if you're moving your body a lot and doing something more than just the one 30 minute 21 day fix workout, you need to use the formula on page 76. That way you're not starving. And I'm gonna give you one. I find myself not able to finish my meals, and I'm fluffy. What do I do? Okay, you gotta finish your meals. We're retraining your body here. I know you're not used to eating this amount of food because it's so nutrient dense. That you get to eat a lot more than what you're probably used to eating. You need to just space it out more often throughout the day. So even if you're eating every two hours and it's smaller amounts you don't have to eat these big huge meals. Eat every two hours instead of every three hours and make it a little less. But you need to eat all of your containers in a day. The program is balanced, it's scientifically based so the second you stop eating all of your food you're not getting enough calories, you're not getting enough of the right macronutrients so you've got to finish them. Just space it out a little bit longer. I promise your body will adapt. Give it about three weeks, 21 days and you'll get used to it. Guys, that's all I have time for. Mommy duties are calling me. Thank you for tuning in. Be sure to subscribe, check back often. Bye bye. I hear you.
