Wow. You guys, first and foremost, let me just say thank you because 21 Day Fix is just blowing it away. I could not be happier and I owe it all to you guys. So thank you very much. Thank you for tuning in. That being said, I know there are a lot of questions in regards to 21day fix that aren't necessarily answered in the book. So I've been doing my best to answer it via social media, but I'm gonna also try to answer them here for you just so that we knock the big questions out of the way. If you have any questions, be sure to leave them below and I' and I'll answer them next time. So one of the biggest ones I'm getting is in regards to PB2. For those of you who don't know what PB2 is, I guess it's a powdered peanut butter. I actually haven't used it, but I did look it up to see what it was. Yes, it is less in calories than regular peanut butter, but I want you to still count it as one of your teaspoons. You can use a little bit more of it because it is less in calories. That being said, my honest opinion is to use real organic natural peanut butter. It's creamier, it tastes better, the healthy fat is good for you. The next question is it in regards to quest bars. Hate to break it to you, but if it ain't on the list, you're not eating it. On the 21 day fix, we give a recipe in there for how to make your own homemade protein bar with Shakeology. Use that at least for your first round of 21 day fix. If you do multiple rounds and you're really adamant about your quest bars, you can have them. But I would say have it as a treat. I don't want you to count it as a red container or a yellow container. I want you to have it as a treat and I want it to be limited. It should be one of those things that you use. Like worst case scenario, you're running around, you forgot to pack something, that's all you have with you. Then you have it. But like I said, for your very first round, no quest bars. If you add it in after that, it should be counted as a treat. Egg Whites. First of all, egg whites is listed in the book. It's listed under your red container. But everybody keeps wondering how many egg whites count as a red container. The answer is it's about 4. So break your eggs open, pour the egg white into the pan, toss the yolk make three. See how that fits into your red container. If there.
If there's not, there's your answer and it's three. But like I said, it's about three to four egg whites for one red container. 21 day fix. Can I do it if I'm pregnant? The answer is yes. But the answer is also to always, always, always check with your doctor before beginning 21 day fix or any other fitness program and nutrition program. That being said, there are low impact modifications in all of the workouts that you can do when you're pregnant. And in terms of the nutrition guide, same thing. Always check with your doctor first. But abso you can do 21 day fix when you're pregnant. Can I do 21 day fix if I'm breastfeeding? Answer is the same as if you can do it when you're pregnant. Yes, absolutely. You can always check with your doctor first. But in terms of the 21 day fix on breastfeeding, the workouts are great for you. There are modifications in terms of low impact and on the nutrition side of it, what you're going to do is do the basic calculation, find out the calorie range you fall into, add 500 calories to that. So if it bumps you up to the next calorie bucket, move all the way up. It may still keep you in the same one though. But yes, you can do 21 day fix if you're breastfeeding. Just check with your doctor first. Another big question I'm getting is from you guys who are wrapping up your first round of 21 day fix. Can you do Shakeology on the three day fix? The answer is no. The three day fix is very specific and you need to follow it to a T the foods that are listed. That's it. It's not gonna be the easiest three days, but it will be well worth it. So save your shakeology for the first 19 days and then for your next round. But on that three day quick fix, no shakeology, another question I'm getting is I'm not a regular YouTube user, so how do I get more of your information coming my way? That's very simple.
