All right, everyone, we are working your shoulders today. Getting strong, sexy, sculpted shoulders. If this is your first time doing this video, check the breakdown out over here so that you can see what all the moves look like and know what weight to use. Otherwise, let's get started. Grab those weights. We are starting with your military press. So, abs in. Standing tall, we're driving the weights up and down for 10. Keep a nice light grip on your weights.
Exhale as you drive up. Stand tall, Pull the shoulders back. Get ready for the shoulders to burn today because we are gonna work them. Give me three more. Three.
Two. Last one. Very nice. And bring them down, going right into a front raise. So weights are at your side. Lift them straight out in front of you and down. Everything is controlled. Don't let those weights swing back behind you, ok? Control it. None of this. That doesn't count. That was me showing you what not to do. Good. Keep lifting up. They should be starting to burn just a little.
Right there. We have three more to go. Lift. If your weights feel too easy, bump it up. Grab some heavier ones. And very nice. Now upright row. So turn those weights to face your body. Draw the shoulders back. Lift them up like a puppet. Right here. There's strings attached to your elbows, pulling them up nice and high. Don't let the wrist break. Don't bend in the wrist. Everything's flat.
Keep breathing. Don't hold your breath on these.
Almost done with these. Last two up. Give me one more.
Excellent. Are your shoulders starting to burn? Shake them out a little. We're going into a press. So weights up, you're gonna press out. Open.
Draw back. That's one. Oh, yes, they're on fire. Now, if you've been using a little bit heavier weight and this one starts to feel like too much, that's okay. Switch to a lighter one. You always want to have proper form. We're halfway through this one. Five more to go. My shoulders are on fire. Keep the abs in tight. Don't arch your back. Four. Keep breathing. Three.
Last two. Hang in there. Press through it. Good. Give me one more right here. Whoo. And nicely done. Oh, shake those out a little bit. Okay, what are we going to do, Half moons? Turn the palms forward, abs in. Circle up. Lower down. Like I said, we're going to have strong, sexy shoulders, that's for sure. That's two. Lift. You're going to have a small bend in the elbows here. You're going to feel your lats engage as you lower the weights down. That's normal.
We have five more Keep going. Don't give up. Five.
If it feels like too much. All at once, guys. You can always hit pause, take a quick break and then jump back in three.
Two. We have one more. And lift. Excellent. Lower them down. Lateral raise. Bring the weights in front of you, lifting up to shoulder height. Here we go. Up.
2. Lead with that elbow. 3.
Lift. Make sure your palms rotate to the ground. Keep going. Just a little burn. It'll be over soon. That's what I have to tell myself anyways. Come on, lift. Eight. Two more. Nine. Last one. Excellent. One more exercise. Post out. Raise. Bend it over. Bring the weights in front of you. Lift and squeeze. Down. Up. You should feel it right between your shoulder blades.
Keep lifting. Don't arch your lower back. Don't round your spine. You want to have a nice flat back, abs drawn in to protect yourself. We're almost there. We have three more. Three.
Two. Almost there. Last one. Lift. Very nice. Let those weights dangle just a little bit. Stretch it out, guys. Nicely done. Thanks for joining me on this. If you have somebody you think would like this video, share it with them. Let's all work out together. I'll see you next time.
