This is the best shape I've been in ever.
Let's go, let's go. Speed it up. We have three weeks left in the program. It's the final push. You have to step outside that comfort zone.
I can't believe it's been 11 weeks. I've made such amazing progress, and I feel so good.
There you go. Yes.
Every girl wouldn't mind a smaller waist, so I definitely am happy about that.
I really was afraid that at this point, I was just gonna feel beat down and ready to be done, but I actually feel the exact oppos.
How bad do you want it?
We have three weeks left in the program, so it's the final push. Can I go a little heavier? Can I last a little bit longer? Can I clean up my nutrition even more? Everything is just dialed up because we are pushing to the finish line.
It's crunch time. The next three weeks. I am literally. The food I'm eating is just fuel. Like, I'm just making it simple.
So I meal prepped for, like, three hours yesterday. I kind of stepped up my meal prep game yesterday and, like, really went for food that I knew I'd be excited to eat, but that was super clean.
I'm definitely gonna make sure I stay on point for sure. I just wanna make sure that I get absolutely everything I can get out of the next three weeks.
Every struggle is a reminder of the question, how bad do you want it? As I go into that pulse, I lay my stomach on top of my thigh, and the weight is in my right heel.
Pulse curtsies for me. I definitely feel a. In my glute, obviously, my quad also. And honestly, my core. You do have to use some core power to pull that slider in and out.
I know these workouts aren't easy, you guys, but our bodies, they deserve this.
Today was the third time that we did the triple A workout, and I really like that workout because it is so unique and different with the negative. And it forces you to just kind of slow down and really feel and engage the muscles that you're working.
Get all up on Richardson on this one. 62 days in, and Richardson still hates the bands. For bucks, go to Autumn, please.
That's embarrassing, guys. Like, I've said this whole process, I did not know you can work out your butt in so many different angles and areas and places. Just shows you can always learn something new if you're willing to listen.
We are in the final three weeks. This is where you buckle down even more. I think you have two different ways you can go. When you get towards the end of a program, a lot of people will start to slack, and they'll be like, ah, it's okay. Look at how great my results are at day 64. No big deal. Or they'll dig in even more and push their body to the limit to see just how far they can go.
When I walked in, Richardson was like, jasmine, you look so much smaller when you look in a mirror. You're not, like, looking at a picture of yourself two months ago and comparing it. You just see what you see now. So it's like, you always want to make improvements. So it's not like I look in the mirror, and I'm like. I'm like, whoa, I look tiny. But, like, all my clothes obviously fit completely different. There are definitely certain pieces in my wardrobe that fit me completely different in the beginning than they do now, especially in the waistband area. Every girl wouldn't mind a smaller waist, so I definitely am happy about that.
You have to step outside that comfort zone. That's life. You have to step outside of comfort zone to keep moving forward. Everybody go in. Oh, hey. This is month three. You've made progress. Challenge yourself.
I've gotten way better at cardio. My endurance has gone up. My breathing has gotten better. I finally mastered my breathing, and it feels better.
It sounds like it. I'm not hearing you huff and puff. The main part of controlling your breath is you slow it down. When it needs to be slowed down, you go in through your nose, and you go out through your mouth. Even if you're, like, running, and you can go.
Like, my legs are still going at one speed, but my breath is going at a completely different pace. When it comes to cardio, part of the reason people give up so often is because they don't learn to control their breathing, and it scares them when they hear themselves breathing really heavy.
When you're like, I'm not gonna say I love cardio, but my breathing is more controlled. My heart rate is more controlled. I'm not afraid of cardio anymore. I'm not afraid to push myself.
The final goal isn't just to finish this workout or just to finish the 80 days. The final goal, that's to feel comfortable in your own skin. I was super sore when I woke up this morning. Just my legs were tired. Really? I think it's more t even than sore. It's day 65, so we've been going for a while, but just foam rolling and stretching was enough to loosen me up and get Me ready to go.
Happy leg day.
Once you find that balance, see if you can get just a little deeper into it. So bend that knee. When you land, sink in even more, Katrina. There you go. Yes. So it's slow and controlled. Press your knees back, squeeze your butt as you come up.
My weights for leg day have gone way up.
I was picking my weights earlier and Donald's like, autumn, what are you doing? And I said, 45. He said, guess I gotta do 100 so I don't look like a wolf.
Then that pushed me, like, oh, well, I can go up to 50. That's the thing. You always have a little more than you realize. So I was proud of myself for doing the £50.
Katrina, those pants don't fit you anymore, girl. I know.
I was just telling them earlier they're so much looser. Like they used to be like this. This is the best shape I've been in ever.
Time for a new wardrobe. So what's our bonus gonna be, Steph?
Oh, you're evil.
Stephanie Saunders is the fitness expert at Beachbody. So anytime any one of us trainers is writing a fitness program, we work with Steph. And when we're on set, she is under the camera. For me, she's in my ear. She's making sure that if I'm in the middle of saying something motivational, that I also know what count I'm on. You have come a very long way in 65 days. She also can see the cast behind me, so if somebody's form starts to go, she can tell me in ear. So we're just a good team. That's what she's there for. Can you just take a quick view of Steph? Just a quick pass and come right back? I don't know.
Steph, are you cold?
We love you, Steph.
I was at work and everybody noticed a difference in my body. Like me shredding because I'm usually like, big and bulky, you know what I mean? And they expect that from me. But then, like, being shredded and like being, I guess, vascular, they kept saying because they saw my veins and stuff. There was a co worker who was out of town and she came in and she saw me. She was really blown away by how I looked, how my face looked, how better my body was. And she even said to me, this is how I always pictured you in my mind. And you've achieved it. So I think it's great. Everybody's like, oh, my God, what day are you on now? Everybody's always so excited to keep up. They're like, can I do it? Can I do it? I was like, yeah, sure, you can do it.
Really put that focus on the squeeze in between your shoulder blades. Your success is in your. Your hand squeezing. And my back isn't arching or rounding head in line with the spine. Draw that belly button in.
The saws are one of those things that look super easy until you're actually doing them and then you're like, oh, my God, this is death.
We are on day 66. At this point, working out should really have just become a habit. You're past the hard part, you're over the hump. You're over the first three weeks where you're like, what is this nutrition? What does she have me doing with these loops and these sliders? Oh, my God. She's out of her mind. You know what to expect. You're in it. You've built a lot of strength. You're probably seeing amazing results at this point, or at least you should be. If you're sticking to it. It should just be a habit. You get up, you work out, you follow the nutrition, you feel good, and you go about your day. We will see you guys tomorrow for cardio core. Great job.
You know what? I'm so impressed with everybody's push up growth. Like, when we were doing rehearsals, most of us were doing the push ups on our knees or at least dropping to our knees at some point for me personally, but I feel like really, the whole cast, our push ups have just come so far. Like, it's not just that we can do them on our toes now, but also my flexibility and my form I think have all improved. It's so crazy to see first of all how low everybody's getting too. Like in tricep push ups, remember how we would joke like that we would go an inch?
Yeah.
And now people are like touching their faces to the floor.
I think what's the most different now isn't just what's happening in my upper body strength with push ups, but also engaging my core and keeping a really clean line from head to toe.
Cardio Core Month 3 Right now you are doing this workout should be the only thing that you are focused on. Let's go, let's go. Speed it up, speed it up, speed it up.
This week was my favorite week in of setup of the workouts. We do 10 reps three times through and we move on to the next round of exercises. And I'm just loving it.
Remember when we wouldn't have dreamed putting a green loop around our feet to pull our knees in, and now we're like, it kind of feels too light.
I can't believe it's been 11 weeks. I've made such amazing progress, and I feel so good, and I'm really proud of myself.
You only do this workout one. One more time. Can you believe that? Aw.
I've been drinking. Recover pretty much every day of these workouts. I can usually feel when I haven't had my recover, like, the next day, I definitely feel more sore.
Having the beachbody performance line in the nutrition plan was really important to me. When you're working out this hard, having really good supplements in addition to your food is important because it's gonna help your body recover from these types of workouts.
As the workouts have progressed and we've gotten further into this program, I've become very intuitive, tune with my body, and I can tell that my body is burning a lot more calories. So the fact that we can go back to the bar, make our recovered drinks, and put something in our stomachs is, like, the best thing ever. So I look forward to it every single day. It tastes good, and it does what my body needs for it to do.
Whenever there's a butt exercise, Jasmine says it hurts, but I see her face. She is so happy.
It's a good hurt. Hurt when I'm just holding, walking around in the day, and, like, I drop something on the floor like this. I've been down in a squat, and I'm like, oh, yeah, lift with the butt. And I lift nice and slow. That's what I do. So I like the butt first.
I think there was an old lady on a Today show once that was in, like, really good shape, and she said she never worked out a day in her life. But, like, every time she squatted to get a pan out of, like, her pantry or whatever, she would, like, get low and squeeze her thighs as she came up, and she's like, I just make everything a workout.
Like me.
Dig into that heel, squeeze your butt. Would you rather say I quit or I did it? Say you did it. I did it. They were like, I did it. I kinda did it.
Having booty as the last exercise of the week is wonderfully terrible because it's so hard. And to put it at the very end when I feel like I've been doing booty all week is terrible when I'm in it and feels amazing when I'm done.
Up and sink. Press into the ground. So don't just land. Sink in. Drive your heels down and do it slow because your glutes help slow you down in this position.
I really was afraid that at this point I was just gonna feel kind of tired and beat down and ready to be done. But I actually feel the exact opposite. Like I feel so energized. I feel like I'm sleeping really well. I feel. I feel that I've created some amazing habits. So this is now part of my lifestyle and not just something that I did and checked off a list. And it's behind me.
You guys look beautiful. Day 68.
Feeling great on day 68.
Oh, this guy.
