What's up, VOD members? Autumn, here. I've got a fun Q and A for you. Today we are talking all things 21 Day Fix. Let's get to it. What is your recommended amount of coffee on the 21 Day Fix? Can you have unlimited amounts as long as you drink it black? According to the guide, yes, you could have it unlimited amounts as long as you drink it black. But I wouldn't recommend it. Coffee has a lot of caffeine, unless you're drinking decaf. And it's also gonna dehydrate you. I know you're thinking it's liquid, so you're hydrating your. You're not. So I would say two cups, three cups max. And then make sure you're drinking your water, but definitely don't be loading it down with sugar or sweeteners and cream. But yes, technically speaking, coffee, you could have as much as you want. Are there benefits to putting lemon in your water? Nothing magical. Lemon's a great fruit. It's gonna give your water more flavor. So if you enjoy it and it helps you drink more water, absolutely, go for it. If I double up my workouts, should I be eating more? If you're doubling up 21 day fix workouts, you don't have to definitely don't double your containers. You shouldn't even necessarily have to bump them up. So unless you start to plateau or feel like you're starving, in which case then I recommend that you use the formula for being active, more active, and. And that should put you in the right calorie bracket. Can you have agave on 21 day fix? Is it better than sugar?
Sugar is sugar is sugar. It's marginally better cause it's less processed. But still, be careful on how much of that you're doing and what you're using it for. Can you have no calorie sweetener on the 21 Day Fix? You can have stevia. Yes. But again, it's limited. Don't overdo it. What's your favorite shakeology recipe right now? Ooh, I am loving the new cafe latte. And I just do one scoop Cafe latte ice and almond coconut milk. Unsweetened almond coconut milk. And it is delicious. Love that one. Great. Go to snack in the afternoon. What's your favorite 21 Day Fix workout?
Leg day. I love leg day. I think you guys have heard me say it a million times, but anytime I'm working legs, that's my favorite. So, yeah, definitely leg day. What else do we have? Do you eat takeout or try to make all of your meals.
I don't really eat takeout. Like I don't go to fast food restaurants ever. You'll never catch me at a McDonald's or an Arby's or anything like that. I don't necessarily make all of my meals myself. I like Whole Whole Foods. That'll be takeout for me. I'll run in there to their pre made section sometimes if I'm in a hurry and grab salads that are pre made or chicken or salmon or something that's pre made. Or I'll order from a restaurant sometimes. I love grubhub, the app grubhub. And I'll have food delivered every once in a while. But that's usually like on a weekend if I've got friends coming over and I'm just being a little bit lazy about cooking. But during the week I pretty much prep all of my food. It's rare if I'll run in and pick something else up. So I definitely avoid takeout though. I don't do fast food restaurants. Can you do 21 day fix while going through menopause? Yeah, absolutely. There's no reason why you couldn't. In fact, eating healthy and exercising should help reduce your symptoms of menopause. So definitely go for it, have fun with it and enjoy it. What are your tips for staying on plan through the weekend? The weekend is just like any other day of the week. I know obviously you're done with work, you're maybe running around with the kids and that sort of thing, but you've meal prepped for the week. You got a meal prep for the weekend as well. If you know you're gonna go out to dinner, really think about what you're gonna have. Make sure you've gotten your workout in for the day. Make sure you're staying on track with all your other meals. But you should still, if you're gonna go run around with the kids all day, pack a little to go cooler. Portion out your foods. Know what your containers are, know what you're taking with you. Do it for your kids. It's way healthier than going through the drive through or you know you're starving and then you end up eating too much so you still want to be prepared. Make sure you have healthy snacks on hand. Don't look at the weekend as a free for all. This is not a go. Drink a bottle of wine and eat a pizza and you know, finish it off with a pint of ice cream because you're going to undo all of your hard work. So it's just another day. Enjoy it, Enjoy your food and stay on track. Alright, there it is guys. I hope I answered all of your questions on 21 Day Fix. If not, submit them and I'll get to them next time.
