Welcome to Autumn Fitness. Happy to have you guys here with me today. I've got your one minute challenge coming your way. We are going to work your core. You need a stability ball. We're going to do one minute of knee tucks, so let's get into position. Put that ball down. Tummy starts on the ball. We're going to walk our hands all the way forward so that our shins are on the ball. Knee tucks, just for a minute. Abs in tight. Here we go. Draw them in. Press it back. Shoulders are pressed away from your ears. Drawing that belly button tight into your spine. Nice flat line from your shoulder all the way down to your ankle.
Keep squeezing.
Breathe. Head is in line with your spine. You might feel your hip flexors start to kick in. That's normal. Push through it.
Halfway there. Come on, keep going. Squeeze those lower abs in tight.
Press the shoulders down your back. Engage your lats. Make your whole body work right now. We're almost there.
15 seconds, let's go. We've got this. Push through. Little bit more.
5, 4, 3, 2. And rest. Nicely done. Come on up. That was your one minute push, guys. Thanks for joining me. Like it? If you enjoyed it. I'll see you next time.
