A short (1-minute) instructor-led fitness challenge demonstrating "ball climbers." The instructor (Autumn Calabrese) introduces equipment (a ball of any type that can be balanced on), gives setup and form cues (hands on ball in a triangle, chest over ball, lift into plank), and leads a timed one-minute run with breathing, form reminders (shoulders down, draw belly button in, avoid hips rising or pelvis dropping), encouragement, and countdown prompts.

Hey, everyone. Welcome to your one minute challenge. We're gonna push ourselves today. We are gonna do ball climbers. It's a full body exercise, focusing on your abs. So you need a ball. Doesn't have to be a medicine ball. It can be a basketball, soccer ball, but something that you can balance on. Put your hands on it and make a triangle. You're gonna keep your chest centered over it. Lift up into a plank. We're gonna run this out for a minute. Are you ready? 3, 2, 1. Let's go. Now drive those knees into your chest. Make sure you shoulders press down out of your ears. Belly button is drawn in tight, driving those heels back.
Keep breathing. You might start to sway side to side a little bit. It's okay. If you do, come back to the center and start again. Just keep going. You got 60 seconds right here. Don't let your hips go up. Don't let your pelvis drop. We're a little more than halfway. Keep it going. Breathe.
That's it. Almost there. Stick with me. 1 minute.
15.
Stay over the ball.
Five, four, three. Hang in there. And that is it. One minute of wall climbers. Nicely done. Please subscribe. Check back again soon. Thanks, guys.
