A short episode from the Chiseled Ones series (video by Autumn Calabrese) reporting week-two check-ins from participants in the Master’s Hammer & Chisel wellness program. Participants (Steph, Laura, Sierra, Speaker A) report week-by-week weight and body-inch changes (individuals and a combined group total), describe exercise efforts (e.g., chiseled cardio), and share emotional struggles (temptation while on vacation, crying over food) and peer/coach support. The clip mixes numerical progress with candid reflections on willpower and team support.

In week two, I dropped an extra.
Five pounds, almost an inch off my waist and about four inches.
Overall. My starting weight was actually 171.6. This week I am at 161.8 and a total of 9.8 pounds so far, which is pretty unreal.

I have lost 1 pound and 4 inches.
Woo. Hi, everyone.
My name's Steph and I lost two pounds and two and a half inches.
I just finished chiseled cardio and I'm still drenched. This week was tough. It was tough pushing it every day and pressing play. But I did do it and I got it done. It was a tough week in the sense that I am up a pound and I found that very frustrating and difficult to see on the scale. But then I took my measurements and found out I'm down 2 inches in my chest, an inch in my waist, and 2 inches in my thigh. So I guess that's what they say when muscle means muscle weighs more than fat.
Ram sam, I don't like.
Hi, everyone. Laura here. So I want to talk about my second week. I've had a really strong second week. I feel I was a little worried going into it knowing that I was going to be out of my element on vacation. Yesterday I kind of hit a. Hit a wall. I kind of hit a breaking point. So my family's been going out to dinner a lot this week and normally I'll just bring my food with and eat it next to them while we're sitting there or I'll have the restaurant just go grill me a plain chicken breast with nothing on it and some steamed or grilled vegetables. But last night they went out to dinner for an Asian meal and Asian food is one of my weaknesses. So when I got there, I wanted to eat everything in sight. I was hungry, and I had just eaten two greens of romaine with a bread of chicken thrown over it just so that I wasn't super hungry when I got in there. But I wasn't really sure what I was going to be able to eat. So I looked at the menu, and the only thing I could really have was a $46 filet. And I know it sounds cheap to say that it was $46 and it was a filet, but it was an overpriced Disney meal. It didn't come with anything else. So it wasn't like I could get steamed vegetables with it. It was just the steak. And so I had a little bit of a mini meltdown last night. I cried at the dinner table. I cried about food. I've never cried about food before, and I feel so silly even saying that on camera right now, but I did. I cried about food last night. I just was at a point where I wanted to cheat.
It was tough.
And I was texting my coach and I was texting one of my other girls that's on my team, and they've helped push me through it, and I got through it, and I'm glad that I did. But in the moment, it was hard. It was one of those moments that you really had to find some willpower and power through it.
So we've entered into week three of the chiseled ones, and I am so excited and proud of what I am starting to see see in this group. Not only am I seeing amazing transformations in their bodies, but I'm really starting to see great transformations in their attitudes and their spirits. That seems to be what week three is looking like. People getting more confident in posting the photos of themselves before and afters. People getting more confident in their business and stepping outside of their comfort zone, as well as in their personal life. So check in next week to see how it all went.
