Core Shredding ABS Workout | Autumn Fitness

A guided abdominal workout led by a single instructor (Autumn Calabrese) that walks viewers through a sequence of core exercises: brief warm-up/stretch, 20 crunches, oblique crunches each side, hip drops each side, leg raises (lowering three-quarters down) with ~10+ reps, flutter kicks, and a short stretch. The instructor repeatedly emphasizes drawing the belly button in, controlled movement (no momentum), breathing (exhale on effort), and maintaining form (lower back pressed down, shoulders away from ears).

Hey, everyone, thanks for tuning in today. We are gonna get fit abs. Let's work that six pack. Here we go. So we're just gonna stretch just a little bit before we get started. Loosen that up a little bit. Little twist.
All right, let's come down on your back. We're gonna start with crunches. So feet hip width apart, hands by. Draw that belly button in. We're gonna crunch for 20. Here we go. Lift. And down. Every time you lift, try to get head, neck, and shoulders off the ground.
Exhale as you come up. Don't hold your breath.
Squeeze just a little bit higher. You gotta fight for it right here.
Keep going. You got this.
Four more. Three, two, and good. Okay, oblique crunches. So I want you to drop both knees to one side. Keep your chest up to the ceiling. We're gonna crunch up over this hip. Not gonna go very high, but you really wanna squeeze every time you lift. And still think about drawing your belly button in.
Exhaling as you come up. You're still trying to get both shoulder blades off the ground.
Come on.
Four, three, two. Good, we gotta do the other side. Flip it over.
All right, here we go. And lift. Really draw in from below your belly button, elbows out.
Make sure you're breathing. Don't hold your breath on these. Halfway there.
Squeeze. Come on. You want that six pack, you gotta work for it. Two more.
And very nice. Okay, moving on. We're gonna go into hip drops. We're flipping back to the other side. Elbows on the ground, legs out. Straight here. You're gonna lift up. Belly button in. You're gonna drop the hips down and lift down and squeeze. Keep that shoulder pressed down away from your ear. Nice straight line from the shoulder all the way down to.
We're halfway there. Give me 10 more. Lift, tap and lift. You should feel it right here.
Three, two, and good. Other side. Flip it right over. No rest in between. It's abs. We're just gonna go right through them. Lift up. Belly button in and down.
Just like that. Make sure you're still holding in.
Don't let your hips rotate forward. You want to parallel.
Halfway there.
Squeeze. Just a little higher.
4, 3, 2, and there it is. All right, leg raises. So going back on our back, what I want you to do is make a triangle with your hands. You're gonna put it under your tailbone. Start your legs up. You're gonna lower them three quarters of the way down. From here, you're gonna lift three quarters.
Down and lift. Now you have to make sure that you draw your belly button in, and you keep your lower back pressed down the whole time. If you let your lower back pop up, you're gonna feel it. It's not gonna feel good, and you're not gonna be working your abs. Draw it in tight. Squeeze. Don't use momentum, so don't kick the legs up. Lift them up. We have 10 more. And lift. Draw.
I didn't say it would be easy. I just said they would work. Squeeze. Five to go. Five.
Four.
Three. Hang in there. Last one. And there it is. Nice. Give that a little hug into your chest. We've got flutter kicks, so we're just gonna prop up on the elbows here. Legs are out straight. I want you to flex your feet, draw your belly button in. Lift them up an inch off the ground, and you're gonna flutter right here. So just.
Good. Keep breathing.
That belly button in tight.
6, 4, 2, and rest. Nicely done. That's it. Take a little stretch right here.
