Hey, everyone. Welcome to Autumn Fitness. Thank you for joining me. Today we're doing cardio. Five moves, 20 reps on each one. Okay, let's get started. Jumping jacks to start. Here we go. And keep those legs wide, the arms up. Stay light on your toes, soft on your knees. None of this. That's not gonna get us anywhere. Get those arms all the way up.
Good. We have five, three.
Good. All right, we're going into skater jumps. Watch it. Once first. Tuck your right leg back. Reach your right arm down. Jump and switch. And jump and switch. Yeah. Here we go.
Abs in chest.
Always stay facing forward. Big jump. Power off those legs. You gotta push. Come on, it's cardio. Get the heart rate up. 10 more. That's it. Plant that heel.
Five.
Three.
And good. Okay, high knees are next. Just 20 of them. Right here. Jump and switch. Yeah. And go.
Drive those knees up.
Rest. Very nice. Squat to front kick. Feet are hip width apart. You're gonna squat down, you're gonna kick, alternating. Here we go. Down kick. Drop it low. Make the booty work. Gotta get down there. This is how we get a lifted butt. Round butt, firm butt. Squeeze it. Engage the abs. Kick that leg out. Don't snap your knees. Keep breathing.
9. Chest up, shoulders back.
Get low. You want to get those hamstrings parallel to the ground. 4. 3. 2. Very nice. Last exercise. Cross country, skiers. Looks like this. Jump switch. Here we go. Light on your toes, tap the toe back behind you, those arms all the way up.
And rest. That's it, guys. Nicely done. If you enjoyed it, like it? Leave me a comment, let me know what you think. See you next time.
