Oh, man.
Happy birthday.
What's up, girl? You see this?
Yes.
What's happening? Dude, I'm gonna pull a Madonna on you.
I can't have this.
Go.
Spin it.
Do I get to make a wish? We don't have to, like, sing for real, right?
Make it happen.
Thank you. Thank you.
Happy birthday, dear. Thank you.
That's amazing. I'm only 21 today.
Only 21 for real. Cool. So we got some gifts for you.
What?
I'm going to be selfish and be first with my gift. Here's my gift.
Is there, like, a live chat happening?
Aw.
Yeah. Make sure you see it, right.
These are beautiful.
I don't think I've ever gotten flowers that pretty before.
What? Yeah.
You're gonna make me cry.
What? Don't cry. Don't cry. This is fun. This is a fun event. What's the fun of it?
How gorgeous are those?
I'll take them.
Like, beautiful. I'm gonna have to put them in your office. I know. I can't take them home today.
So what's up, y'? All?
What's up?
It's Autumn's birthday, obviously. Duh.
Hey, it's my birthday.
So we're here at Beachbody and we're just gonna celebrate Almond's birthday today. I mean, sure, we got some stuff to talk about.
Is not.
Hey.
And container approved.
Hey, we gotta try to make it work in a container zone, right?
Nah, we're just gonna eat it.
And so this is. This is a vegan cake. So it's, you know. No, it's vegan.
Is it really?
It's vegan.
Fantastic.
And there's some cupcakes and some drinks for everybody to enjoy. So go for it.
Dig in.
Yellow container.
I'm gonna make it fit. I'm gonna make it fit.
Nobody's eating yellow containers this week. This is crazy.
Yeah. So let's. Let's chat for a second.
I mean, are we. Yeah, I was gonna say, are we actually chatting?
Yeah, we're actually chatting.
Yeah, let's chat.
So go. Go forth and eat cupcakes.
Go forth and eat cupcakes and tell me how amazing they are. And drink drinks. What's the drinks back there?
Just, like, some water and, like, soda. Like.
Oh, there's no vod.
No.
There's no patron.
No. That's a little late.
That's a little later.
I can't wait.
Oh, I will.
Heather Church just gave her a gift that she cannot open on screen.
Best gift ever. I don't even know what it is, but if I can't open it on live tv. We got a problem. A really good problem.
The shape. Well, we can. The shape is what? The shape is pg.
So fantastic. What is happening right now? Oh, my God.
Yeah. Yeah.
So can I just say really quick, Best birthday ever.
Best birthday ever.
I've never been surprised.
Never been surprised.
This is great.
This is great. Did you like how Lindsey kept you out for no reason?
Yeah. I was like, keith is gonna kill me. We gotta go. And she's like, nah, we're good. Let's chat. And I was like, oh, my God. He's going to yell at me.
Good.
You're good, kid.
Yeah.
This is.
This is what we do for our people around here. This is what we do. This is great, right? Your name spelled out.
Okay, hold on. Don't go anywhere.
Just coming back.
I mean, come on. Like, I can't not.
Okay, wait. It's my birthday, so I'm allowed to. Yeah, yeah.
I got a long arm.
You got long arms.
Oh. Oh.
Boom. One, two, three.
Can you tell? I was sitting outside sweating. It was so hot.
I'm like, oh, I'm just gonna take selfies.
Right? Selfies all day. Okay, I'm done. Selfies are away. Hi.
What's up, y'? All?
You gotta focus.
So we have some questions. I mean, there's a lot of activity. We're not gonna. We're not gonna be long.
Okay.
Just wanted to celebrate you officially from Beachbody.
This is amazing. I'm waving to lots of friends passing by.
So you got a topic? And your topic is?
It's about aging gracefully and not aging gracefully. What is it?
Comfortable in your own skin. Being comfortable in your own skin. But I was actually. Can I throw something out really quick?
Go for it.
We'll get to that soon. But in the good spirit of my birthday and not wanting to feel like I'm on a soapbox preaching about aging gracefully. I don't. I'm at the beauty salon all day long.
Right, right, right.
Let's have a little bit more fun, and let's open the questions up to get to know Autumn. Hit us with your questions. As long as they're appropriate, I will answer them.
Sweet. I got some.
Anything and everything.
I got some from earlier.
Hit me. What do you got?
And they were kind of related to your birthday because people.
It's your birthday.
There was a whole, like, secret post that went out about your birthday that you didn't see. What? So, yeah, the image I sent you. Yeah. Forget that.
You are good. I was like, why didn't I get an image sentence. Suppose I don't understand.
So if somebody wants to know, like, what are your plans? Like, what do you plan to do after? Yeah.
Okay, so as soon as this live chat is over, my two of my very best friends are on their way here.
Sweet.
And they're taking me to Disneyland. What? Yeah. Adults only. Because every time we've gone for the last six years, we have the kids with us, and we're like, how fun would Disneyland be without the kids right now?
I know.
So we are going to play all night long at Disneyland and. And Space Mountain and Rolling.
And you deserve it for your 21st birthday.
I know, right?
Finally.
Finally on my 21st.
No.
Come on. We gotta at least admit the age when we're talking about aging gracefully. I am 34 years old today. 34 years young.
Who would've known?
Feeling good.
I swear, this whole time, I thought you were, like, 20, maybe 25.
Oh, well, thanks.
I think. Yeah, I know.
I hope that was the way I look and not my maturity level.
No, no, no, no, no. It's the way you look. There's no way she's older than 25 years old.
That's very sweet.
So, yeah, you're doing a good job. So somebody else wants to know, like, how do you keep your skin so flawless?
Oh, man. First of all, I don't.
Being comfortable in your own skin.
I am comfortable in my own skin. I'll be the first to admit, though, that there are some dark circles under this fantastic makeup job I have going on and that I always break out on my chin. But I have a very good facialist, and I see her once a month, and, you know, she gets it tight.
Tight and Right.
Keeps it on point. For me, Yes, I take very good. But a huge part of it is taking care of yourself, eating healthy, because what you put on the inside reflects on the outside.
What's your routine like before you go to bed? That's another question I got.
It's really simple. I wash my face with heels. Face wash. Wash a brush.
I love that stuff. Where do you get it from? It's a store, right?
There's a store at the mall, but they also happen to sell it at the gym at Equinox, so I always.
Get it in the shop. I love that stuff. Like, somebody gave it to me as a gift, and I couldn't find it, like, anywhere. I was trying to, like, find it online, and then. You got me.
I got you.
That's what's up.
No, Kiehl's Face Wash. And I brush my teeth and floss.
Sweet.
That's about the extent of the bedtime routine. I'm not quite at the serums and the, you know.
Right, right. Not yet.
We're getting there yet.
Hey, but there's some really good products here, though. The Derm exclusives.
Every time I hear it when I'm in the halls, I'm like, I should try that. I don't know exactly.
No, I tried it. It feels awesome.
Where's Carl?
It feels awesome. I know, I know, right?
I need a sample.
Where is he when you need him? So somebody asked, how old are you today? We already 34.
Have you ever ignored. Have you ever ignored your gut feelings and wish you hadn't?
Yes, a lot.
And why didn't you listen? That's a deep question. Thanks.
In all honesty, the times I've ignored it has been in relationships. More often than not, it's in relationships.
Same here. Same here.
And it's because you don't want to believe the bad. You want to just, like, keep seeing the good in somebody. And so you, like, push it aside. Push it aside until you can't anymore. And then you end up being like, ugh, I wish I would have got rid of that one a few months earlier. Saved myself some heartache.
I know, right? Right.
But yeah, I think we all do that.
Yeah. The lessons are good for life and.
Lessons are great for life.
I saw somebody post this yesterday. It was from the wake up call from Chelsea. And she said, your failures aren't tattoos, they're bruises. Which I think is awesome. It's an awesome comment. I actually like to look at minus tattoos. I think my failures define who I am. Not in a bad way, but in a good way. For every failure I've had, I've had a lesson that's gone with it. And without every single failure I have had, I wouldn't be sitting in this seat right here right now.
I know, right? Amazing.
So even though you can't see it at the time and appreciate, like, why that happened, eventually it might be a week, it might be a month, it might be a year or 10 years down the road, I think eventually you get to see why X, Y and Z had to happen in order to get you to the next place.
Sweet. So that's great. Yeah, that's great.
Speaking of, like, success, like, with 21 Day Fix being like a huge success, like, so, like, what's next? What's the next goal? Do you want to share that?
Oh, man, I have so many goals. Good Lord. How Many goals do I have? A zillion. There's never just one goal, as everybody knows probably by now. We had announced Fix Extreme coming out in February, so that's awesome. You know, God willing, there will be more programs to come after that that'll be just completely different and new and fun to put out there. I have dreams of a clothing line. I'd like to be the face of a couple of fabulous beauty products. Do I know which ones? Maybe a sweatproof mascara. I don't know, maybe a shampoo.
Yeah, they'll find me.
I wash my hair a lot. Come find me.
I don't know, call me. I just. I wanna. I wanna be out there sharing, sharing health and fitness for a very long time to come. So whatever path that takes me on to do that, that's. Those are my goals.
All right. With all these cupcakes and you see that everybody has dispersed at this point.
I know, right? They got their cupcakes in Ran, man, look, that is cleared out.
So I want.
We didn't waste time.
How do you. How do you. Okay, so I'm going to go, go grab one of these mini cupcakes and I want to see, like, how it fits inside the containers, like for the sake of a treat.
Well, it would be a treat. And grab a mini.
Standby. I mean, it's definitely not a piece of cake. It's a mini. It's small. It's really small.
Like, that's how small.
But I would. I mean, there's still, you know, more sugar and blah, blah, blah. And yes, you could probably smash two of those into the yellow, but I wouldn't tell you to one of those. I would count it as a yellow.
So one is a yellow.
And so this is.
Which you can have on the 21 day fix. You can have treats on Fix Extreme.
Yeah. You see this?
That's a taste.
It's a little taste taste test.
Right, Right. You're just like, okay, it was good, right?
It smells great.
Looks delicious.
I think I'm gonna have a treat right now.
You have a treat?
Yeah.
Yeah. Jealous. Shut up.
Get it? Why don't you hit me with a question before you stuff your mouth so I can talk and you can chew.
All right.
Advice for somebody who wants to boost their esteem. So, like, you're talking about. I can't even. I'm chewing and I can't even get it out.
You were just talking about, like.
Being like your best self and all that. Like. So, like, what are some tricks or some advice for someone who wants to kind of boost their esteem.
I think it's different for everybody. I think the first thing you have to do is figure out what might be weighing you down, like what.
You'Re not feeling good about. Is it a negative. Somebody, negative energy from the outside, or is it an inside thing? You know, if. If it's something like it's your weight or your job or a relationship that you're in.
You know, I'm no, I'm no expert in terms of those things, but I would just say the first thing is identifying what it is that's. That's bringing your self esteem down and then really looking for what might help to change it. You know, if it's. Again, if we're gonna talk about fitness and we're saying, you know, I'm not happy with the way my body looks and I'm not happy with this, and.
There'S a fine line between accepting yourself for the way you are and not beating yourself up about it and then obviously just working to be healthier. So if you're like, oh, I'm overweight, I'm not. Help, help. I'm not happy with my weight or the way I look, then taking the proper steps to obviously eat better and exercise and just knowing that that is better for you. You know, do we all. We're talking about being comfortable in your own skin. Do I have stretch marks? Yes, I do. From my son? Absolutely. They're not horrifying, but I have them on my sides. Do I have cellulite? Yep. Absolutely. Do I have gray hair when it's not colored? Yes, I do. You know, they're just not things I. That I would spend the time obsessing about any more. There would be a time probably where I would be like, you know, I have a C section scar and I have a hernia scar.
You know, they're battle wounds. They're part. They're part of growing. And my C section scar is from my beautiful son, so I'm not gonna be mad about it. And my stretch marks on my sides, it's from my beautiful son, so whatever. All good.
Yeah, we'll take those.
Yeah, I'll take those any day. You know what? There might be a few wrinkles, but that means I've lived a really Laugh lines. I laugh a lot. I have a good life. You know, for every wrinkle you have, you're a year older. You can be happy that you have that extra year because not everybody gets it.
Yeah. Perspective.
Yeah. I really think that that's what it comes down to. And I didn't always have it. There was a time where, you know, it was like, when life is hard, I just. I can look back on it now and be like, ooh, I was really negative at times, and I'm glad I am past that point. And I think that was my own working and being like, you know what? I'm not going to keep looking at the negative. I'm going to focus on more positive.
Yeah. I mean, it happens to me. I mean, £100 later, I still look in the mirror and I'm like, you're a fat butt. I mean, you know, it's terrible, right? It's terrible. But then I kind of have to check myself and say, okay, dude, you know?
Yeah, come a long way.
Come a long way in a year. Ease up on yourself. Okay, Exactly.
So, yeah, like, I mean, and you were just talking about. There's another question about, did somebody ever give you an advice, any advice to help you be more confident, and you're just really.
Kind of talking about that. I don't. I don't know if you mentioned anybody.
Specifically, but I don't know if there was ever one. You know what?
I had a dance teacher when I was growing up, when I was in, like, seventh, eighth grade, ninth grade, competing.
Who was just always so positive. Like, that was my first experience with dance teachers. And I was really, really lucky because she was always positive, she was always encouraging, there was always constructive criticism about, like, you can do better and here's how. But it was never negative. It wasn't until I got to college, actually, that I had the exact opposite experience where my ballet master in college was just.
In short, a wretched human being. And no, seriously, like, you want to talk about some?
No, because thanks for cleaning that up.
Let me say why, though, because here's somebody who literally crushed my self esteem. In three years. I left college, I was a dance major, and I left college feeling like I was completely incapable of dancing. I wasn't good at it. I was never gonna be successful at it. I didn't dance. I didn't step foot in a dance class for three years. And it wasn't until I moved out to California and, like, forced myself to go back to a dance class with every bit of fear in my body that you could ever imagine, because he literally just told me, like, I wasn't any good. Like, he just beat me down so bad in three years, and I finally forced myself to go back to a dance class. And I've been dancing for, like 12 years, and I went to, like, a jazz one class, which is ridiculous for somebody who majored in dance. And that teacher, again, happened to be another positive teacher and finally started to help build my confidence back again. But it's amazing how, like, one person can just. So I've had influences here and there. I don't have one specific person, but it was more just how they interacted with me, not, like one specific thing said to me. So.
Very cool. All right. This is really just going to be a very short chat. Okay. And we are speaking of dance.
No, not happening.
We're gonna.
Okay, but wait, that's fine. No, we're not. We're not dancing. But let me say this. So here's what I do want to do.
Chair dancing. Push it.
Push it. I know. Push it is playing. And I do.
Let me see that. Yeah, that's cool.
I know you don't mind signing these things. I do not mind signing off.
Did you see this? Did you get this, folks?
Ladies and gentlemen, very big goal right there.
It's very cool.
Thank you. Yeah. Would you be so kind? Of course. Awesome. And then I guess.
Anyone need to sign that up? It's fine. Put a little K on the bottom there. How about that?
Very cool.
Don't stick your finger all over it.
Oh, no, I'm not.
In your newsstands.
In your newsstands.
Everywhere.
Yes. So here's what I was gonna say. So we do a live chat every month, right?
Right.
We did just announce Fix Extreme Word up at leadership. I was saying. I was like, oh, man, this is gonna be really hard to show people because all of the Fix Extreme workouts have weights. I don't know if you realize that or not.
Yeah.
Except yoga. And as much as I am learning to love yoga, it's not my. I'm not going to take it and teach it at an event. So I was like, oh, man. Like, how am I really going to demo the intensity and just how different it is from 21 Day Fix? So what we're going to do is we're going to use live chats for the next five months from now until we launch.
Okay.
So we're going to open our live chats every month now with like a 10 to 15 minute preview.
Sweet.
Of 21 day fix exclusive extreme workouts. So obviously, when we get ready for the next live chat, we'll. We'll blast that out on social media, let you guys know which workout we're previewing and all of that stuff, but I'm with it. Yeah, we'll have Some fun. Kick some booty.
Let's do it. Let's do some weights.
Yeah.
Come on. Not even a chair dance.
I'll chair. I mean, it's push it, but like, it's not turned up.
Push it.
Push it real Pops, you gonna hit me again fast or else I'm gonna get pissed.
What? What?
This is like the best. You can come DJ my birthday anytime.
That's the right.
How are you?
That's the only dance I got.
He's got the little pump. The pump.
Yeah. Close your eyes. That's the only dance I got.
That's all we got. That's our time of day.
All right.
Just went to celebrate with Beachbody.
Is about celebrating how you guys, this is really cool. Fantastic. Look at these balloons.
I know. It's crazy, right?
Yeah. Those are going in my car.
Yeah, they are.
We hanging out the window, right? We'll have to figure out something.
This was amazing.
They're going on with you.
You guys are the best.
Thank you. Thank you.
Thank you. Thanks, everybody, for tuning in. Know in October, we'll have like a For real.
Yeah, A for real sit down.
Yeah. Yeah.
With a little preview.
With a little 21 day fix.
Extreme. That should be fun.
Yeah.
Cool.
All right, kids.
Happy birthday, girl.
Thank you.
Peace out, y'. All. See you.
Bye, guys.
See you soon.
Yeah. Disneyland, here I come.
