She walks viewers through seven lower-body-focused barre moves—calf raises/plies, water-skiers, arabesque lifts, front leg lifts, side releve plies, attitude lifts—and finishes with hamstring/inner-thigh stretches and brief coaching cues on form and progression. The tone is upbeat, instructional, and fitness-focused.

Hello, hello, and welcome to Beachbody headquarters. We're hanging out on our patio today with a beautiful view. We're out here because I need a bar. I'm going to take you guys through a barre workout.
You may not know this, but once upon a time, I was a dancer. I still dance sometimes. So I'm taking you through seven of my favorite moves to work your legs and tone your booty. Let's get started. First move, I want you to stand close to the bar railing, whatever it is that you're using. But you're going to need something that you can really pull on and push on. So feet all the way together, abs drawn in, shoulders back, raise up onto those toes. Keep the feet as close together as you can. From here, you're going to come down as low as you can. Three quarters of the way up. Squeeze your booty. Keep your abs in tight.
You're gonna feel this burn. That's five.
Eight. Two more. Last one, and good. Shake it out a little bit. Now we're gonna go into water skiers. So heels are touching, toes are turned out. You're as close to the bar as you can. Get up onto those toes. Lean back like you're water skiing. You're going to plie. Let your pelvis push towards and squeeze. Press out. Squeeze.
Draw those shoulders back, really pulling away from the bar.
You're going to feel this on your inner thighs, outer thighs, calves, and booty. Squeeze.
One more and shake it out. Okay, arabesque lift. So facing the bar, you're pressing into it. Take the toe back, abs drawn in so you have a flat back. Lift the leg up straight, point the toe, and you're gonna pulse and squeeze, feeling it in your booty.
Eight, nine. Hold.
Other leg. So take it back. Point that toe, press into the bar, and up.
Nine and rest. All right, now we're going to flip it around. So standing close to the bar, hands on the bar, take one leg out in front of you. Point that toe like a pretty ballerina. Draw the shoulders back. Abdominals in leg lift, everything is controlled.
That leg as high as you can.
Standing tall on the supporting leg.
One more.
And we will switch.
Really squeeze. Point your toe. Keep that leg straight.
Last 2.
Good. Now we're going to turn to the side. Releve, plie. So your feet are a little wider than your hips. Your toes are turned out. Always drawing up tall, always drawing the shoulders back. Might as well go with a pretty ballerina army plie. Releve. So heels go down, heels go up.
Work those calves, inner and outer thighs.
Close the rib cage.
Two more.
And good. Stand all the way up, facing the bar. Attitude lift. This one's always fun, so turn your leg out, point your toe, bend your knee and lift. And from here, pulse two. So you want to think about being able to set a cup on your knee.
And other side here and lift.
Try to keep those hips completely forward.
And rest. Last one. We're just going to stretch it out a little bit. So I want you to take your leg up on the edge, point your toe, reach forward, get a nice little stretch in your hamstring. And on the inner thigh.
You can always rotate it forward a little more. Inner thigh, release it. Other leg comes up forward.
Turn it forward, get a little bit of more inner thigh stretch.
And release it. And there it is, you guys. That is your barre workout. Thank you for joining me. As this gets easier, be sure to up your reps each time. If there's something else you'd like to see from me, leave a comment below. Be sure to subscribe. Thank you for joining me. Bye.
