A short guided office ab workout led by Autumn Calabrese for people who have a few minutes at work (e.g., between meetings or phone calls). The instructor gives safety/setup guidance (sit at edge of rolling chair, press chair against desk), then demonstrates five exercises: 1) Toe taps seated in tabletop (20 alternating taps), 2) V sit → Boat sit (10 reps), 3) Seated oblique twists/alternating knee pulls (10 reps), 4) Rollout from knees with hands on chair, and 5) Feet-on-chair plank with knees drawn in. The video emphasizes core engagement, breathing, and repeating the circuit at least once for a solid workout.

Hey, guys. Thanks for joining me today. I am taking you through an office ab workout. Sometimes you're sitting around, you got five minutes to go until you go into a meeting, waiting for a phone call, whatever it might be. You want to work those abs, I'm going to show you how to do it. So I have five moves for you. Let's talk about it. A lot of people I know have a rolling chair at work, and the one I'm on is a rolling chair, but you want to spin around and make sure your chair is pressed up against your desk so that it doesn't roll away. So the first one we're going to do is toe taps. I want you to sit towards the edge of the chair, lean back, lift your legs up into tabletop. Draw the abdominals in, shoulders back. And we're going to alternate tapping the toe, keeping that belly button held in really tight. We're going to alternate for 20 taps. Breathing.
Make sure you get those legs all the way back up into tabletop each time. If you want to make it a little harder, you can do both legs at the same time. We have eight more. 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3. You're gonna feel it in the hip flexors and the quads also. Last one. There it is. And you can rest for a second. The next one we're gonna do is a V sit to a boat sit. So same thing. Edge of the chair, abdominals in, sitting up. Tall legs come up into tabletop. From tabletop, you're gonna extend them straight, draw them in. So as you extend, you kind of sink back, sit up, out and in. Doing 10. That's 4, 5, squeeze. Really draw from the abdominals.
8. Last 2, 9 and 10. Good. Relax again. And then we're gonna work the obliques. So similar to that boat pose that you just did, this time you're going to alternate pulling side to side. So you kind of pivot, you draw in, you draw in. And you're thinking about pulling the knees in towards your armpits, rotating, so you go from cheek to cheek.
We have two more. Last one. Good. Okay, now, the last two exercises are a little bit more challenging, but give them a try. This next one, I call the rollout. So you want to be on your knees for it. And again, make sure your desk is in front of you so that it stops the chair. So abdominals are in, back is flat, hands are on the chair. You're going to roll out and use those abs to draw you back.
Just wanna thank you.
Last two.
You can rest. So this last one. Now you're gonna do with your feet up on the chair. Get my hair out of my face for this one.
So hands are going to go on the ground, toes go on the chair. You're going to draw your knees in. So you're here. Pull the knees in and back, squeezing the abs, pressing the shoulders down away from your ears.
Two. Last one. Now come off of there carefully. And there it is, you guys, your five office ab moves. Do them in between meetings, in between phone calls. You can do them as many times as you like throughout the day, but make sure you repeat it at least one more time so you get a solid workout on those abs. Thank you for joining me. Check back often, and I'll see you guys next time. Bye.
