What's up everyone? Welcome to Autumn Fitness. We're in the kitchen. Today's snack is actually one I use a ton when I'm in competition prep. It's easy, it's fast. I'm gonna show you a few variations. You need rice cakes. These are brown rice cakes with no salt. The less salt in your diet, the better. One rice cake, organic, all natural. Peanut butter. I love peanut butter. Now what I'm do is cut up a banana for this first one. I'm showing you how I do it for my son. That's the. No.
Those are the ears. Blueberries.
And it's now a teddy bear. And he thinks it's the coolest thing ever.
This one's mommy's favorite when I need something sweet. But like I said, I'm in competition prep and I'm just not allowed to have it. Same thing. Rice cake, hazelnut butter. And this stuff is amazing. It doesn't have to be a huge layer. Now you could just do it with a chocolate spread. But I like to get a little bit of fruit on this one too. It's fast, it's easy, it's healthy, and it's good for grown ups and for kids.
Mm, rough how it happens. So that's it, you guys. It's fast, it's easy. You can put your own spin on it. You can even slice up strawberries. Then you kinda get peanuts, butter and jelly going. But have fun with it. Be creative. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Be sure to subscribe. If you have any other fun snacks I should try, leave them in the comments below, maybe we'll feature you. Thanks for tuning in. I'll see you next time. Bye. This stuff is so good.
