A short (1-minute) guided Russian-twist exercise from Autumn Calabrese (Autumn Fitness). The instructor introduces the one-minute challenge, names required equipment (medicine ball or weight), and provides detailed form cues: sit with heels on the ground, draw the belly button in, lean back, twist side-to-side and tap the ground. Verbal timing cues mark start, halfway, and remaining time; she offers intensity progressions (lean back further, speed up, move up-and-down) and continuous encouragement.

Hey. Welcome to Autumn Fitness. I've got your one minute challenge coming your way. We are going to push your abs today. So what you need is a medicine ball or a weight. We're going to do Russian twists. You're going to sit down, put your heels on the ground, draw that belly button in tight. Lean back. We're twisting side to side. 60 seconds. Here we go. Twist and tap. Make sure you keep your tummy in tight. Hit the ground every time you twist. Seems easy starting off. I know you're gonna think, this is not that bad. Give it 30 seconds. I promise it's gonna start to add up side to side. If you can speed it up just a little bit, that'll take it to the next level. Always drawing that belly button in tight, though. That's what's protecting your lower back. Keep it going.
And we're at the halfway point, so if you want to make it a little harder, come back a little further.
Have a little fun with it. Go up and down. That's going to make it even harder, but keep it going. Come on. We got 20 seconds to go. Push.
Draw that belly button in. Don't let it go. We're almost there. Stick with it. 10. Come on, fight for it. Make those abs work. 5, 4, 3, 2. And rest. Nicely done. That is your one minute challenge for today. Thank you for joining me. If you liked it, click below. Be sure to leave some comments and I'll check back with you guys soon.
