What's up everyone? Autumn here and I have something fun and new for you guys. Today we are doing a one move workout. That's right, it is one move. It's a complex move, so there's actually three movements that make up the move. So we're gonna do a squat, a deadlift and a bent over row. You're gonna do a series of sets and reps to make up your entire workout. Let's get started.
I want you to stand with your feet hip width apart and a dumbbell in each hand. Perform a squat keeping the weights at your side. Bend at the hips and lower the dumbbel mid shin. Hold the position and perform a row. That's one rep.
Perform the lowering phases of this exercise slowly.
Complete five sets beginning with 15 reps, reducing the number of reps, each set resting for 60 seconds between each set. For an added challenge, try 15 reps on your final set.
Alright, there it is. I hope you enjoyed today's one move workout. If you haven't subscribed yet, please be sure to do so. You'll get all of my videos coming right to your inbox. Thank you for joining me. See you guys next time.
