Hey, welcome to Autumn Fitness. Thanks for joining me today. I have a full body workout coming your way. Five moves, 10 reps each. Let's get started. Burpees are first. They're the hardest move. Here we go. Down, out and up. Take them at your own pace. Make sure when you jump back, you don't let your pelvis fall to the ground. Jump back into that plank. Plant those heels. Five more. Jump. Come on, push. Total body right here.
Two more.
Last one.
Nicely done. Moving on. Lat pullovers. Grab a stability ball or a bench. You need a set of weights. What we're gonna do, walk the feet, head, neck and shoulders on the ball. Arms up. Squeeze your booty. Drop the weights back. Pull them over. Drop them back. Pull them over. Keep breathing. Squeezing those big muscles down your back. Full range of motion here. Five more. ABs are engaged. Glutes are engaged. Lats are working.
Last two.
One more.
Good. Come on up. You're gonna keep those weights. We're gonna go into alternating lunges with a side raise. So we're here. Step back. Lift back. Lift those palms facing the ground, abs in so you hold your balance down. As low as you can. Lift.
Four to go.
Last two.
One more, right here. Good. Keep the weights. Curtsy lunges with the bicep. Curl, step, curl, same thing. Get as low as you can. Now we're working the side of the booty. Try not to swing the weights. Control them. Abs in, four to go.
Three.
Two. Last one. Good. Set those weights down. One more move. We've got bicycle crunches. Come on down.
Abs in tight. One knee in, one leg out. Twist.
Squeeze that tummy.
Ten more. Ten, nine, eight.
Four, three, two, one. Hug it in. Nicely done. That is your total body workout. Thanks for joining me. Be sure to subscribe. Check back often. I'll see you soon.
