So I just simply didn't follow it, 'cause I had spiritual approaches on the left and I had therapy on the right, and I just integrated it. So I just was simply able to apply the principles of compassion as being the center, love of what's true, not love of making them feel better. I also didn't want it to be at the sacrifice of what is really true in front of them. So I just modified my approach from month one.
