In this promotional announcement, Ben Morton invites viewers to join the upcoming live, online "Lead In Me" leadership program that begins on May 6. He outlines three specific target groups: (1) individuals about to be promoted or step into a management role for the first time, (2) newly promoted managers, and (3) experienced "accidental" leaders who have never received formal leadership development. The program’s schedule includes a short onboarding session on May 6, two half‑day morning sessions on May 12‑13, another two half‑day sessions on June 18‑19, and a one‑hour learning‑transfer workshop in small groups to help participants apply the material at work. Delivery is live from Ben’s studio, with printed course materials provided to each participant. He highlights positive impact from the previous cohort—improved leadership, communication, and team dynamics—and points viewers to testimonials. Space is limited, and he urges interested individuals or organizations (HR heads, MDs) to enroll via a link in the comments or by emailing chat@ben-morton.com.

If you've seen some of my posts recently about the next cohort of my Lead In Me program, and you've been mulling over whether to join or not, either for yourself or booking on some managers from your organization, then now is probably the time to decide, as the next program starts on the 6th of May. It's a live and online leadership program that I've designed for 3 specific groups of people. Number 1, it's those about to be promoted or about to step into a management position for the very first time. Number 2, it's those who've been recently promoted and are new in post. And thirdly, it's designed for those that have maybe been in a leadership or management role for quite some time. But have never had any real leadership development. They're what I call the accidental leaders. The program is very practical and delivered from my studio here. It starts on the 6th of May with a short onboarding session, and then we have two half-day sessions in the morning on the 12th and 13th of May. There's another 2 half-day sessions on the 18th and 19th of June, and as well as that, there is an hour-long learning transfer session in smaller groups that's designed to help you apply everything that you've learned back into the workplace and your day-to-day role as a team leader. And every participant on the program gets sent a printed set of course materials. If you're still undecided, you can read some testimonials from the last cohort via the link. And here is just one line that summarizes the whole purpose of the program for me. The impact has been genuinely positive. I've noticed real improvements in how I lead, how I communicate, and it genuinely strengthens the whole team dynamic. I keep the cohort small, and there are now just a few spaces remaining on the program starting on the 6th of May. So, if you are ready to invest in yourself as a leader, you can book on via the link in the comments below. Or if you're coming at this from an organizational perspective, maybe you're a head of HR or an MD of a small business and want to book some of your managers onto the next program, You can do that by just dropping me an email to chat@ben-morton.com. I hope to see you or some of your managers on the next program very soon.
