A speaker pushes you past surface-level concerns to ask what you actually want from life, not just what pays the bills. The focus is on moving beyond complacency toward genuine self-reflection and finding real purpose.
They're looking to us and going, wah wah, this is all the stuff and my belonging and what, what am I becoming? What do you say to them to shake them loose and help them get into a mindset where they can start really asking themselves the tough questions, the hard questions, the questions they probably have never asked themselves about.
Yeah.
In regards to what they truly want in life.
Do you feel lit up when you walk through the doors to go to work every day? Do you want to be there? Do you love the people that you sit next to? You don't have to agree with everything they do, but do you enjoy their presence? Are you inspired by the work that they're doing? But if you are not feeling fulfilled by the work that you're doing, if you're not enjoying the people that you're sitting with, you are going to reach a ceiling of your growth. And if you want to stay there, that's fine. But if you wanna see what is possible, when you can do more, when you feel more, when you are in alignment, that's when everything will open up for you.
