Now, today, considering AI, the economic climate, the political climate, all of those are creating enough disruption to create havoc within our organizations. And now is not the time for reactive leadership. You must be focused on what is coming down the road, even if you aren't sure, feel uncertain, or you aren't fully prepared for it. The cost of not looking around the corners and doing the research will be far too great for many leaders, risking their own success and that of their teams and the business.
