Hi, this is Bernadette Boas, the leader of the Shedding the Bitch movement, and I am so excited to announce our Take the Pledge campaign where we are seeking individuals who really want to make a change in their life and commit and pledge to shed their bitches of fear, insecurity, doubt, negativity, or whatever belief system they have about themselves that are keeping them from their goals and their dreams. And taking the pledge is simple, but what we also want to do is give you an opportunity to win some great Shedding the Bitch prizes. By videotaping yourself taking the pledge, you can post it on YouTube and then share the link with us on Facebook, Twitter, or directly on sheddingthebitch.com. And you— your name will be put into a drawing of which each week between July 31st and the end of August, we will be drawing names for people to win great prizes.
