On this edition of Rich Tips, we're talking relationships. Relationships of any kind: family, friend, even foe. At work or at home, in the office, in your community. But do you know what it takes? The one thing it takes to have a productive, rich relationship? It takes you. You're the number one factor. Doesn't matter what anyone else does around you. It's how you treat that relationship, how you handle and manage that relationship. And more importantly, it's what and who you bring to that relationship. And what do I mean by that? Is the only way to have a rich relationship is for it to be truly, authentically you in that relationship. Yet so many people hide behind masks, disguises of sorts. Not revealing who they truly are. And what I want you to do is to have rich, powerful, significant, valuable relationships. And yes, do you want some of them to be sexy and hot, some of them to be passionate, some of them just to be safe and secure, some of them to be intimate and nice and gentle? Certainly. But for you to have a great relationship You have to have a great relationship with who? You. All right, so what can you do? What are those, you know, 3 rich tips I can provide you in order for you to have those rich relationships? Work on who you are, what it is that you want, what you don't want, who you want to be, who you don't want to be. What type of relationships do you really want? And then truly understand what is it that you need and want from another party. Again, whether that is a lover or a friend or a co-worker or a boss or a community member or a sibling, what is it that you want and need from that other relationship? Appreciating the fact that those other individuals, like yourself, are different and unique, have your strengths, have your weaknesses, have your bitches, and have your riches. And what's most important, number 3, is that you appreciate what they bring to the table. Appreciate who they are, their pet peeves, the warts, their blemishes, all of it. Their beauty marks, their, you know, strengths and their riches. Appreciating all of it. And then finding ways, finding how you want to complement and even enhance that individual in your life, and therefore that relationship. So whether you're seeking or you're looking to maintain or you're looking to even grow a relationship, including with yourself, and just simply really appreciate who they are, know what it is that you want and don't want and then work on yourself in order to be able to bring that to your relationships.
