One of the things that I talk about a lot is how can leaders start leading with curiosity and with empathy and not with judgment. We all— it's human to judge things through our own lenses. And then when you're trained in something like the DiSC assessment or the Enneagram or the Myers-Briggs, there are all kinds of assessments out there. You can start seeing people through those frames. The fact is no two brains are the same anywhere in the world. We are all different. We all have strengths. We all have things that we need to work on, opportunities and things that just aren't as strong for us. And we all have different motivators and, you know, things that inspire us. So how can we stop just making assumptions based on what we see or what we hear, or, you know, just our past experience and lead with curiosity and ask questions and get to know somebody, basically get to know the people that are working for you and with you. Exactly. Exactly.
