Hi, this is Bernadette Boas with Shedding the Bitch, and today's rich tip is all about confronting the bitches in your head and your heart, those inner critics, inner voices, inner naysayers that are preventing you from realizing all the riches life has to offer you. So I have a few simple tips, not so easy to execute if you're not determined and ready to do so. So get your ready cap on, and tip number 1 is to sit down in a quiet place and write out all the skills and talents and achievements you possess. That way you can look at that and really relish and honor in what you've been able to accomplish to date. Then from there, you'll have a more comfortable time kind of saying, okay, What do I want in life? What do I want to accomplish? What do I want to achieve that would leverage these skills and talents and achievements but at the same time might enhance them? So really be specific about what goals, dreams, aspirations that you have for life. And then this is the tough part. Based on those skills, talents, and achievements and the goals and the dreams that you really want, you need to take a look at what would hold you back. What are those little voices, those little bitches in your head or your heart telling you that maybe you're not good enough or worthy enough or that it's a stupid idea or whatever dream or goal that you have is too hard to attain? What are those little fears, insecurities, doubts, uncertainties, negative mindsets or belief systems that are really keeping you from pursuing those goals and those dreams? Now I want you to feel them. I want you to really focus on what those things are, and whether you cry or laugh or you get scared or whatever feeling or pain that you might have, feel it anyway. Because once you can, once you can push through it, it won't be so bad. But use your skills, talents, and achievements to really propel you and motivate you and give you the energy and the focus that you need because you've already accomplished so much. So to confront your bitches, you really just need to be ready, you need to be committed, and then you just need to lay out on black and white what are those things. What are those things that are holding me back from being the best me I can be? And that way you can confront those bitches and move on to shedding them. So for today's Rich Tip, confront your bitches and shift to riches.
